Èric Boadella is a Los Angeles–based filmmaker and music video director from Spain, known for fusing crime, horror, and grindhouse aesthetics with sharp character-driven storytelling. His debut feature, the crime-dramedy Toastmaster, earned multiple awards and was acquired by Canal+. His second feature, City of Love, established his voice in genre cinema and is now streaming on Tubi and Pluto TV.

Blurring the line between fiction and reality, Èric often casts real people rather than trained actors, allowing the lived experience behind each character to inject a raw, genuine force into the final tone of his films. He is currently developing his third feature: a horror-action grindhouse film set in the Californian desert and starring Danny Trejo, born out of the cult reception of their horror short Magical Meat.

Beyond narrative filmmaking, Èric has directed over 50 music videos worldwide for artists including Enrique Bunbury and Tracii Guns. He is an alumnus of the FOX TV Directors Lab and a Walt Disney Television Creative Talent Development & Inclusion Fellow.
